Arte New York was established by Fara Marz and Margery Perlmutter in 1986 and provides comprehensive architectural and interior design services for owners, and developers of commercial and professional offices, Health and sport facilities, restaurants and retail services, housing developments and private residences.

        
In each of our projects, our client’s needs, desires and budget come first.  We endeavor to fulfill those requirements while producing a design that reflects our client’s own personal taste and style.  We pride ourselves in our many repeat clients and in the many enduring friendships that develop over the course of the design and construction process.  Listed below is a brief description of the type of work in which we have been engaged and a few recent examples.
